In highly polarized times, how can we cultivate deep respect and strong relationships with those whose views and experiences may differ from our own? This 45-minute interactive workshop highlights the Kern National Network’s Framework for Flourishing as a lens through which we can practice bridging across groups and individuals with different views to increase understanding and find common ground. It is designed for leaders, educators and administrators who are striving to build resilient cultures and learning environments centered on connection and community. Participants will experience individual reflection, a practical exercise and group discussion to explore forming connections across differences. Join this session to begin a practice of bridging across differences toward common ground, mutual understanding, and flourishing.
