Fagan has proudly served the communities of North Central Massachusetts for over twenty years, both in her role as staff for a State Representative and in her roles at MWCC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Masters of Science in Applied Communications from Fitchburg State University. Fagan oversees the college’s Division of Access & Transition, which houses College Access programming, including GEAR UP and TRIO, and Early College & Dual Enrollment. She also has oversight of the Brewer Center for Civic Learning & Community Engagement, and the United Way Youth Venture program. Fagan has been deeply involved in educational changework over her tenure at MWCC, serving in leadership capacities in Portrait of a Graduate of North Central MA, statewide and national Civic Learning working groups, and currently serves as an Early College Mentor for Massachusetts Alliance 4 Early College. Her leadership at MWCC has supported the successful launch of four Early College Designations and the Carnegie Classification in Civic Engagement.
