Rosa M. García is the national Executive Director of Community Learning Partnership (CLP) and the Executive Director of California Youth Leadership Corps. Prior to joinging CLP, she was senior staff at CLASP in Washington, DC, specializing in postsecondary education and workforce policy, and staff to a member of Congress. She has an extensive background in public policy, advocacy, and public service at the federal, state, and local level and holds a doctorate in higher education management from the Univeristy of Pennsylania's Graduate School of Education.
