Dr. Winston serves as the Director of the offices of Civil Discourse and Engagement and Public Policy Events. She has experience coordinating UCF's Service-Learning and Integrative Learning programs and also working with other High Impact Practices. Dr. Winston received her Doctorate in Education and Policy Studies at UCF. She enjoys teaching student success and leadership courses.
