Daniel Fidalgo Tomé, Ed.D. is currently the Engaged Community Learning Program Coordinator at the Office of Civic Engagement in the Division of Diversity, Inclusion and Civic Engagement at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey – Camden. He is responsible of the Engaged Civic Learning (ECL) courses, supporting students, faculty and community partners to address concerns in the community. He also runs the ECL Faculty Fellows program where he trains faculty members to engage in community based learning, service-learning and social justice education pedagogy for their course development and engaged scholarship. Daniel has also been the 2023-2024 Community Service Federal Work Study Fellow with Campus Compact.
