Description
In 2021, the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE) published a framework calling for structural changes in campus policies, procedures, and practices to advance anti-racism strategies in higher education. The framework addresses 10 priority areas and offers a foundation to transform our institutions of higher education into the organization they aspire to be. This session will introduce participants to the framework, identify areas of concern and areas of effort for structural and systemic change, including anti-racist community-engaged work, that will move institutions toward racial equity, as well as efforts that can advance equity for all.
