Campus Compact published an article on the structural integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion functions within civic/community engagement spaces. This led to a follow-up survey intended to gather information about the intercultural development practices in community/civic engagement centers. In this session, participants will be provided an overview of the landscape analysis and asked to reflect on the survey results and continue the conversation to further our ability to deepen our work in these areas. Session participants will work together to provide input on the next steps needed to fill gaps in the current survey and brainstorm additional questions necessary for continued conversation and understanding of this work and how to support it.
