In recent years, micro-credentialing courses have increased in popularity owing to their flexibility, accessibility, and ability to promote continual learning that meets the changing demands of the current job market. In this presentation, Faculty Fellows from UTEP's Center for Community Engagement will detail their effort in developing the course intended to offer a broad overview of effective community engagement and lessons learned. Session attendees can use this framework as a reference in developing their own micro-credentialing course. Attendees will be invited to join the discussion and offer feedback or suggestions.
