Description

America today is the most age-diverse society in human history -- and the most age-segregated. College campuses could become models of age integration, bringing generations together to enrich education, bridge divides, and solve a range of critical problems. Join CoGenerate and the University of Waterloo for this hands-on workshop exploring the power of cogenerational teams to address critical issues, from affordable housing to social isolation and more. We’ll offer guidance on best practices to adopt and pitfalls to avoid and (hopefully) inspire you to start a cogenerational project of your own. You’ll have time to create an individualized plan to bring cogeneration to your campus or deepen existing intergenerational work.
