Join colleagues at the University of Colorado Boulder in navigating a teaching and learning dilemma stemming from an undergraduate community-engaged leadership capstone course. Roundtable facilitators will outline tensions among instructors emerging from different approaches to anti-racist teaching and disrupting whiteness in leadership, particularly among students with varying levels of developmental readiness and polarizing political viewpoints. The session will invite participants to serve as thought partners in the dilemma and take away insights and critical questions about ways forward in anti-racist teaching practices.
