Budgets are strained, staff are being asked to do more with less, and students are expecting "theory into practice" opportunities. This session will introduce attendees to a self-sustaining, collaborative consulting program between the College of Wooster, outside companies, and local non-profits. The steps necessary for developing a program, obtaining buy-in from campus and the local community, and where to search for outside funding sources will be explained. This flagship program is in its 30th year and continues to build strong ties between the College and the greater community.
