As local issues turn global, there is an increasing expectation placed on institutions of education to become incubators that produce the next generation of problem solvers. Given the nature of issues we face globally, institutions must engage and create strategic partnerships with industry, government, and communities/civil society to achieve sustainable development in a myriad of areas. This session will explore how best we can engage these areas to further our mandate as educators and institutions of education.
