Transition and change are two words that many are facing on a regular basis in the past two years. It seems they are happening more rapidly and often with deeper ramifications than often thought. The purpose is to explore these two concepts through the lens of mid-career professionals who are navigating these environments and put in difficult positions to find a way forward. The session will be a panel discussion with Mid-Career and Mid-Level Professionals to discuss some of the transitions and changes they have been facing, challenges and successes, and what that has meant for their professional lives and work environments.
