Dr. Jess Mann is Assistant Vice President for Community Engagement at Duquesne University, where she leads institution-wide efforts in civic learning, community-engaged scholarship, strategic partnerships, and assessment. Her work focuses on helping colleges and universities embed civic and community engagement into institutional strategy, structures, and culture. She also teaches in graduate education leadership programs and supports institutions in translating civic commitments into sustainable, measurable action.
