Dr. Nicole Webster is the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the College of Health and Human Development at Pennsylvania State University. She is a professor in the Department of Recreation, Parks and Tourism Management whose research seeks to understand the relationship between youth’s civic engagement and their development in society. As an applied scientist, she uses qualitative methods to interrogate this work in community settings that involve marginalized or vulnerable youth.
