Teaching Students the Arts of Bridge-building, Across the Educational Experience
Monday, February 6, 2023
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM (EST)
The skills, knowledge, attitudes, and experiences that equip individuals to work together amidst deep differences are the foundation for addressing the many challenges that face our nation. Whether starting with a one-off program or working toward campus-wide integration of bridge-building capacity, many civic organizations and on-campus efforts provide the curricula, training, program models and evaluation frameworks to support campus efforts. Interfaith America staff will share a draft landscape analysis of bridge-building efforts in higher education, followed by discussion with two campus leaders utilizing one impactful campus model, the Bridging the Gap.
- Becca Hartman-Pickerill, Director of Program Resourcing, Interfaith America
