This session is designed to offer participants tools to elicit student engagement and open exchange, while also supporting active listening, nuanced dialogue, and community building. We will discuss setting expectations—at both the institutional and the course-based level, community standards and assessments, along with tools for creating exercises that encourage dialogue across differences.
