Monday, February 6, 2023
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM (EST)

This session will showcase research findings on the “boost” to students’ academic and practical skills when students participate in courses with community-based projects.  This major study, commissioned by Lumina Foundation, disaggregates data for students of color and adult learners.  Panelists will then discuss the different strategies they have used in broad-access institutions to embed civic inquiry and projects in students’ degree pathways.
