ESI is a one-year leadership and professional development program designed to develop a diverse group of early career faculty and staff in the civic and community engagement field. This year we are running two cohorts. The first is for individuals and the second is for teams from institutions who want to go through the process together. We will accept up to three individuals from each institution.
